Telephone Techniques & Customer Service courses are aimed at improving communication skills and recognising just who is your customer.
The courses are designed to allow staff members to examine their own current telephone and customer service skills and look at areas for improvement. The courses are designed for all members of staff, however, are of particular use to employees who are new to a business environment.
The course is fun, interactive and uses a variety of different mediums.
